What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must have all original tags attached and be accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. You may return the items once they arrive.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, EVEREVE only ships to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support digital payment options such as PayPal and EVEREVE gift cards.

How do I determine the right size for me?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a tailored look, depending on the fabric composition.
